Just do this one exercise to lose weight fast at home

Exercise is very important for our body. One should spend at least 20-30 minutes every day exercising. If you are a working person and you can't spend time exercising then you may choose to run early in the morning. If you run for 15 minutes every day then you will be fit and energized. 

If your goal is weight loss then you have to spend some more time exercising to burn lots of calories. If your goal is weight loss then try to do exercise in the morning because in the morning, you are fresh and empty stomach and that's why morning time is preferred over evening time. 

The exercise which is best for weight loss is Burpees

Burpee is one of the best and my favorite exercise. This exercise comprises different muscles of our body to perform it and that's why it is best for burning lots of calories.

This is a very simple exercise and it can be performed at home without a single equipment. You'll feel lots of stress in your body while performing this exercise. 

If you really want to lose weight fast then you have to perform this exercise for 45 minutes every day.

Yes, it could be hard for you but you have to perform it.

The second thing you have to do is feel the pain. You don't have to take rest while performing this exercise.

If you are going to start it then do only 20-30 minutes every day and take some rest between the sets, but after 10-15 days, you have to enhance your capacity and you have to hold yourself for a long duration. 

You have to give a total of one hour to this exercise. Here is the description below what you have to do in that one hour:

  • For starting 10 minutes, you have to warm up properly and you have to stretch your body. Warm-up helps in avoiding the strains and injuries while performing the exercise. So you have to warm up your body by jumping, push up or running.
  • Thereafter, you have to perform that exercise for 45 minutes and you have to take 2 minutes to rest after every 8 minutes of continue exercising. When you take rest, your body starts losing heat from your body and that's why you don't have to rest for more than 2 minutes. 
  • After 45 minutes of your exercise, you have to stretch your body for 5 minutes. 

Trust me, if you perform this one exercise every day then you will see the result in one month. I'm not exaggerating. But you have to be regular and you have to follow a simple diet plan along with your exercise.
